Review: Figure - Vocaloid Hatsune Miku VN02 PVC

So who's that? Simply put, Hatsune Miku is a part of Vocaloid singing software given the appearance of an anime character. She's one of the most popular otaku idols since her first appearance 3 years ago. There are countless numbers of different fan-arts and designs of Hatsune, and this VN02 version is based on Nagimiso art down here:

The figure itself is produced by MaxFactory in 1/8th scale. I'm posting the images I took first then I'll express my thoughts last. I worked my butt off to arrange them like that so I really hope they look good now:

Vanillaware: I'm Enchanted..

I believe games can be used to convey art. Not one form of art but they can blend different forms together. they can express music, literature, and most obviously graphics. Games by themselves are not art. That's why we praise only handful of games for being artistic, meaning that these games have more to them than what games in general should have. If you read what I said about the challenge and experience of games before, then you should already realize that while art doesn't add to the challenge, it strongly affects the experiential value of any given game.

Metroid Prime: I say this game is PERFECT!

There are two things I was thinking of when writing this post:
1. Metroid Prime is the best game of all the time, it's flawless whether we like it or not.
2. Other M will never reach the level of Metroid Prime, it's flawed whether we like it or not.
